Message to Candidates

 

 

Welcome to the Endorsement section of  www.32democrats.org.  This legislative district includes parts of Edmonds and unincorporated south Snohomish County as well as Kenmore, Lake Forest Park, Shoreline and parts of Kirkland in King County.  If you are a candidate for any office that will be on the ballot anywhere in the 32nd Legislative District please fill out our 32nd LD Questionnaire.  If you are a candidate for a judicial position, we are using the form from the King County Democrats Judicial Questionnaire, both for King County and Snohomish County positions.  You can download these forms and fill them out and return them as email to the chair, address listed under committee members. We ask all candidates to also sign the Civility Pledge, published with our questionnaires.

 

Candidate Interview Meetings

Our interviews will be held on one day, Saturday, May 22 at the Edmonds Senior Center Lounge, 220 Railroad Avenue, one block south of the ferry. Candidates can schedule their 20 minute interview beginning at 10:30 AM. We will continue until 3:30 PM.  If prior engagements make it impossible for you to be available for interview on the 22nd we will have one other date if it is warranted.  We are looking at June 5th, also a Saturday.  The location will be announced soon, but was not available at publication of this notice.  We look forward to meeting and talking with you!  Please call Stephanie Harris, Endorsement Committee Chair @ (425) 672-1676 to schedule, or email endorsements@32democrats.org.

 

Endorsement Meeting

Every member of the 32nd District Democrats will have a chance to vote on endorsements  at the Annual Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser Endorsement Meeting on June 9th, 2010. at the Masonic Center 185th and Linden in Shoreline.  5:30 Dinner,  6:30 Meeting

In order to vote on endorsements, you must be a member 28 days in advance of the meeting.
